Metrolinx and its contractors continue building the Hurontario light rail transit line in Mississauga and Brampton. When the line is operating, it will be called the Hazel McCallion Line, to honour the late Mississauga mayor.
Starting 7 a.m. Monday, April 6, light-rail transit construction at the intersection of Hurontario Street with Queensway — the site of the future Queensway LRT Station — restricts some left turns.
MiWay is detouring buses along these routes, while construction prevents turns:

28 Confederation
From 7 a.m. Monday, April 6 until 5 p.m. Friday, April 10, southbound buses operate along their regular path to Confederation Parkway and Paisley Boulevard West, then detour:
eastward along Paisley West;
southward along Hurontario Street; and then
westward along Queensway West to Confederation,
ending their trips.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Confederation Parkway at Queensway West and
- on Queensway West beside Trillium Hospital.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Hurontario Street at Queensway West and
- on Queensway West at Confederation Parkway.
Northbound buses start their trips on Queensway West at Confederation Parkway, then proceed:
along their regular path northward along Confederation.

- on Queensway West [eastbound] beside Trillium Hospital.
4 North Service Road
From 7 a.m. Monday, April 6 until 5 p.m. Friday, April 10, eastbound buses operate along their regular path to Paisley Boulevard West and Confederation Parkway, then proceed:
eastward along Paisley West to Hurontario Street,
resuming their regular path northward along Hurontario.Eastbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Confederation Parkway at Queensway West,
- on Queensway West beside Trillium Hospital,
- Hurontario Street at Paisley Boulevard East.
Westbound buses operate along their regular path.
