Starting Monday, May 4, MiWay is closing the westbound slip lane between Renforth Transitway Station and Commerce Boulevard. Closing the lane accommodates contractors who are drilling bore holes in the pavement.
The Mississauga transit agency is detouring buses along these routes, while the slip lane is closed:
Construction at Renforth Transitway Station and the resulting MiWay detours continue until May 15.

From Monday, May 4 until Friday, May 8, southbound buses operate along their regular path to Renforth Drive and the slop lane into Renforth Transitway Station, then detour:
southward along Renforth;
westward along Eglinton Avenue West; and then
northward along Commerce Boulevard to the Renforth Station slip lane,
resuming their regular path northward along Commerce.Southbound buses skip their regular stop
- in Renforth Transitway Station at platform 1.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at a temporary stop
- on Commerce Boulevard beside Renforth Transitway Station.
Northbound buses operate along their regular path.
39 Britannia
Eastbound buses operate along their regular path.
From Monday, May 4 until Friday, May 8, westbound buses operate along their regular path to the Mississauga Transitway at the turn=around west of Commerce Boulevard, then detour:
north- and eastward along the Transitway service road;
southward along Commerce Boulevard;
westward along Eglinton Avenue West;
northward along Explorer Drive; and then
eastward along Skymark Avenue to Commerce,
resuming their regular path northward along Commerce.Westbound buses likely drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Eglinton Avenue beyond Commerce Boulevard and at Explorer Drive and
- on Skymark Avenue at Commerce Boulevard.
